Equipment:
-Sigma AF 4.5mm f/2.8 EX DC HSM Circular Fisheye lens
-Canon 550Da camera
-Sky-Watcher AZ-GTi mount (EQ mode).
Single frame, 300s exp, ISO 800.
Location: Krepostnaya (Krasnodar Territory), Russia.
Also yesterday I spent the whole evening and all night looking for a program that allows converting a single frame from a circular fisheye lens into a spherical 360 panorama.
This program is Cube2DM. The program is quite easy to use, but I will try to make a video tutorial about image conversion in the future.
The result is a 360-degree panorama with “black” ground, but personally I don’t really need it, since the main thing is the sky.
Left mouse button – move the panorama
Mouse wheel or slider on the panel – scale.
I recommend expanding the panorama to full screen (button on the bottom right).
Happy viewing!
